Frank P. Trocino
Frank P. Trocino practiced law in New Jersey from 1961 to 2005. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1956 with a B.A. Degree, and from George Washington University School of Law, J.D. Degree, in 1960.
A native of Elizabeth, New Jersey, he served as Elizabeth City Attorney (Director of Law Department) from 1971 to 1993, and was the First Assistant City Attorney from 1965 to 1971. From 1996 to 2005 he served as Board of Education Attorney for Elizabeth New Jersey.
Member of the State Board of Trustees, New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys 1971 to 1986, Vice President of the Institute 1986 to 1990, and President of the Institute 1990 to 1992.
On Board of Editors of Municipal Law Review 1982, and a Speaker and Panel Member at Educational Seminars sponsored by the Institute and/or the New Jersey League of Municipalities at various times during his legal career.
