Raymond Bolanowski
Raymond graduated from Seton Hall University in 1967 and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1970 from Seton Hall Law School. He served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Jacob Triarsi and the Honorable James Cawley. Upon completion of his judicial clerkship, he entered into the private practice of law and was appointed the City of Elizabeth's first Municipal Prosecutor in 1971. He was appointed the First Assistant City Attorney of Elizabeth in 1977 and has continuously served in that position to the present time. He has also served as a Hearing Officer for the New Jersey Civil Service Commission, the Department of Transportation and is currently a member of the Public Employment Relations Commission Appeals Board and an instructor for the Diplomate Program.
