2nd Vice President - Doug Heinold

Doug Heinold, Partner in the firm Raymond Coleman Heinold & Norman, LLP (Moorestown), has been practicing in the field of local government law for over 15 years. He currently serves as Township Attorney for Delanco Township and Shamong Township, and he and his firm service numerous other municipalities at the governing body and land use board levels. He also has extensive practice representing applicants before land use boards, and has served as Special Counsel for municipalities on employee hearings, OPRA, special assessments, historic preservation, and land preservation projects. Prior to becoming a partner with his current firm, Mr. Heinold worked for twelve years for the firm of Parker McCay (Mt. Laurel). He is a former law clerk to the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, A.J.S.C. (1996-97). Mr. Heinold has been the Chair of the Local Government Section of the Burlington County Bar Association since 2005. He is also a past President of the Burlington County Bar Foundation (2010-11) and a current Trustee of both the Burlington County Bar Association and Foundation.
