Jolanta Maziarz is Counsel at the law firm Post Polak, PA in Roseland and represents and advises local government bodies and boards in a variety of areas including municipal law, zoning and land use, redevelopment, affordable housing and related litigation. Ms. Maziarz has been appointed to serve as counsel, special counsel and special conflict counsel in municipalities throughout Hunterdon, Mercer, Morris, Somerset, and Union Counties for nearly twenty years.

Ms. Maziarz has been appointed an Associate Attorney to the New Jersey Planning Officials and has served as the Deputy Chairperson of the Land Use, Environment, and Community Development Legislative Subcommittee of the NJ State League of Municipalities Legislative Committee and as counsel to the Somerset County Governing Officials Association.
